We collect the email address you enter, the request and confirmation dates, your selected language, the consent version and the technical data strictly required to confirm your email, maintain access for seven days and prevent abuse.

• To manage your access request and send the messages required to confirm it, based on your consent.
• To confirm your address and enable temporary access to the private demo.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized use, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Email confirmation is required to enter this private demo. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data at any time through the link included in our messages or by writing to info@agarra.app.

We use service providers required to operate the service: Brevo for email delivery and access-contact management, Netlify for hosting and operational storage, Google Workspace for the private administrative mirror and Zoho for the contact mailbox. Access to the data and spreadsheet is limited to authorized team members.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with their terms and the applicable transfer safeguards.

We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We retain the data for as long as necessary to manage the requested access. After you opt out, we may keep the minimum information required to evidence consent, meet legal responsibilities, honor message suppression and protect the service for the applicable periods. Access and confirmation identifiers have a limited lifespan.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@agarra.app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe the processing breaches applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Spain, Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Confirmation uses secure, necessary first-party cookies: a pending cookie for up to 24 hours and an access cookie for up to seven days. They are not used for behavioral advertising. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
